BSP - Terms & Conditions (Shipping)

Dispatch Timeline:
Orders will be shipped within 4 weeks from the date of order confirmation and receipt of the 50% advance payment. Final dispatch is subject to receipt of the remaining 50% balance payment on or before the dispatch date.

Shipping Methods:
All shipments are dispatched via reputed logistics providers offering tracking and delivery confirmation. Standard shipping is used unless the Buyer requests expedited or specialized logistics at an additional cost.

Shipping Coverage:
Shipping is currently available within India. For international orders, buyers must consult BSP directly to assess feasibility and cost. Delivery is made to the address provided at the time of order confirmation. BSP is not liable for delays due to incorrect address details.

Packaging Standards:
Products are packed using industry-standard protective materials, including foam padding, bubble wrap, corrugated boxes, and corner guards. Custom or gift packaging may be provided upon request, subject to additional charges.

Shipping Charges:
Standard shipping charges may be included in the invoice or billed separately, based on volume, destination, and logistics provider. The Buyer will be informed of shipping charges at the time of order confirmation.

Transit Damage and Insurance:
Risk of damage passes to the Buyer upon dispatch. BSP is not responsible for damage occurring during transit unless transit insurance is explicitly purchased by the Buyer. Any claim for transit damage must be supported by photographs and an unboxing video submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

Delivery Delays:
While BSP ensures timely dispatch, delays caused by logistics providers, natural calamities, or government regulations are beyond BSP's control. BSP will update the Buyer of any significant delay and work to resolve the issue efficiently.

Order Tracking:
Tracking details will be shared with the Buyer upon dispatch of the goods. It is the Buyer’s responsibility to monitor delivery status and coordinate with the logistics partner if necessary.
