Refund Policy

No refund will be provided for orders cancelled after the 3-day cancellation window 

If a product is returned and a refund is approved due to a valid manufacturing defect, BSP will refund the value of the defective item(s) only, not the entire order.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14 business days to the Buyer’s designated bank account.

Advance payments are non-refundable under cancellation or change-of-mind scenarios.

Return Policy

Returns will be accepted only in the case of proven manufacturing defects, subject to BSP’s quality inspection and approval.

The Buyer must notify BSP within 7 days of delivery, providing photographic evidence and a detailed description of the defect.

Returned products must be in unused condition and repacked securely to prevent further damage in return transit.

Return shipping costs shall be borne by the Buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

BSP does not accept returns for minor visual variations, damage due to mishandling, or dissatisfaction due to subjective aesthetic preferences.

Indemnity and Limitation of Liability

The Buyer shall indemnify BSP from any third-party claims, damages, or losses arising from resale, misuse, or misrepresentation of the product.

BSP’s liability shall not exceed the invoice value of the defective or undelivered goods.

Under no circumstances shall BSP be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
